I’ve been BEYOND unmotivated lately to go to the gym. The weather has officially changed to winter (this Florida girl can’t handle it), work has been a bit stressful lately, and it’s pitch black dark before I even get out of the office at night.
I needed to kickstart my motivation to work up a sweat every day! Not only is it better for my physical health, but my mental health as well… I’ve been in a bit of a funk lately, just ask the boyfriend.
SO! I have created an action plan:
Step 1: Buy new, cute workout clothes to motivate myself…
Step 2: Look at Pinterest….. for a few hours….. for workout inspiration, of course!
Step 3: Download some great beats to listen to as I kill it in the gym
These songs aren’t brand new, but the moment I hear them I want to jump up and dance. So hopefully I can channel that dancing urge into some kind of running urge :)
Step 4: Actually go to the gym!
How do you jumpstart your motivation to get to the gym? New ideas much appreciated!
