ZUCCHINI NOODLES | How to make zoodles

cooked zoodle recipe

I’ve officially had zoodles every day for the last 4 days in a row. I’m zoodle obsessed!

If you don’t know what a zoodle is, I’m here to help. A zoodle is made from zucchini. You “spiralize” the zucchini into long thin strips (like noodles), and BAM you have yourself a “zoodle”!

You can mix them into anything under the sun or pile them high on a plate and pair them with a large glass of wine :)

To make cooked zoodles, you only need the following ingredients:

– Zucchini
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper (to taste)

Step 1: Wash and spiralize the zucchini

Step 2: Sauté zoodles in a pan with olive oil for 3-5 minutes

Step 3: Dash with salt and pepper (and butter if you are feeling extra cheeky)

Step 4: Grab a glass of wine (clearly I have wine on the brain right now) and dive into your tasty plate of zoodles :)

To make uncooked zoodles, stop at step 1. It’s that easy! Uncooked zoodles are great in salads or sandwiches.

There are dozens of spiralizer gadgets out there, but you don’t have to buy a $100 tool to make baller zoodles. I got my spiralizer for less than $10 on Amazon!

Have you jumped on the spiralizing bandwagon like I have? I’m now accepting any and ALL recipes involving zoodles :)

Don’t forget to enter my giveaway to win a $30 gift card to Barnes & Noble!

The giveaway ends July 23.
