We all have busy lives. Things you used to love to do in your free time can quickly fade away. I found this started to happen with my love of reading. I still bought just as many books as before, but I never ended up reading them.
This last year I have really revamped my bookworm-y-ness (aka: love of reading) and I’m so happy about it! Here are a few tips and tricks I used to get back into the swing of reading daily.

What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty is a great holiday read, perfect metro commute book, or just an easy book to keep by your bed and pick up when you have a few spare minutes before falling to sleep at night. Yes, it’s more of a “chick lit” book, but sometimes those are refreshing after reading something heavier (aka Unbroken).
I found this book on a “must read” list, and finally it was one that held true to the list title (unlike this one…). This book is an easy read with hysterical rants. I actually felt I came away with a new outlook on life (a small change, but still).
