After one too many missed evening gym sessions, I decided to switch up my workout routine a bit (more like I HAD to switch up my workout routine)! Now when my alarm goes off at 5:30am, I jump out of bed, wiggle into some Lululemon, and head to the gym.
How do I do it? Some days it’s more of a struggle than other days, but here are a few tricks I’ve learned that help set me up for a successful gym session!
The boyfriend and I have decided we’re getting a bit too comfortable sitting at home watching tv and drinking red wine every night. Although we both workout (he does every day… I try to every day haha), we are always looking for new ways to keep active and stay fit.
I’ve been BEYOND unmotivated lately to go to the gym. The weather has officially changed to winter (this Florida girl can’t handle it), work has been a bit stressful lately, and it’s pitch black dark before I even get out of the office at night.
